Structure

  • Support rod: Closely arranged along the axis of the base pipe, with diameter and quantity customized according to compression resistance requirements. Fully welded to the base pipe and profile wire to form a rigid monolithic structure.
  • Profile wire: Precisely wound helically onto the support rods, with each contact point fixed by resistance welding, creating continuous, uninterrupted V-shaped slots.
