The wire wrapped screen pipe is a high-performance industrial filtration device, manufactured by helically winding V-shaped stainless steel wires and welding them onto longitudinal support rods. Its unique V-shaped slot structure – narrow on the outside and wider on the inside – leverages fluid dynamics principles to resist clogging, effectively trapping particles while maintaining high flow efficiency. The wire wrapped screen pipe offers high strength, lightweight construction, large open area, and corrosion resistance. Structure

  • Support rod: Closely arranged along the axis of the base pipe, with diameter and quantity customized according to compression resistance requirements. Fully welded to the base pipe and profile wire to form a rigid monolithic structure.
  • Profile wire: Precisely wound helically onto the support rods, with each contact point fixed by resistance welding, creating continuous, uninterrupted V-shaped slots.
